Where is my order?

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not possible, but we offer store credit instead.
What if I need assistance with my order?
For any order-related inquiries, please contact us via customer support email care@jaipurcottonhouse.com, and we will respond within 24 hours.
What is your shipping policy?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or whatapp sms.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5-6 working days. However, in rare cases, delivery may take 7-9 working days due to unavoidable circumstances.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. If international shipping becomes available, we will update our customers.
What is your return & exchange policy?
All exchange or return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, you can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
In such cases, all return charges will be waived, and we will cover the shipping costs for both pickup and redelivery.
How do I exchange an item?
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at care@jaipurcottonhouse.com within 3 days of delivery. ₹200 Shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer for pickup and re-delivery.
If a reverse pickup is not available, the customer will need to ship the parcel at their own cost, share the tracking AWB via email, and pay ₹100 for re-delivery. Please record the video of the parcel.
If the Exchange product or Size not available in this case we will refund complete amount after deducting the pick up charges.
How long does the exchange process take?
The return process takes 10-12 business days from the time we receive the product.
After inspection, the exchange will be processed within 10 business days, and we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not provided. However, store credit can be issued in eligible cases.
What happens if my order is delayed?
